Security

Consolly is sold in five languages. This document is published in English only: a legal text put through machine translation says something slightly different in every language, and you would have no way of knowing which version binds. Ask us about any part of it in your own language and we will answer in it.

How Consolly protects your data. This is a plain description of what is in place, not a marketing page.

Your data, separated

Every customer's data is kept apart at the database level. One office cannot see another's, and that separation is enforced by the database itself, not by a setting that could be left off.

Each customer's portal shows them only their own account — their orders, their goods and their balance, and nothing belonging to anyone else.

Staff roles have different rights. What a member of your team can see and change inside your account depends on the role you give them.

What cannot be changed

A sealed container's figures cannot change. Once a container is locked, the packing list and load figures behind it are fixed.

Every money movement and receipt is logged. A correction is made by a reversing entry, visible alongside the original, never by erasing what was there.

Backups

Nightly backups are kept in more than one place, and restoring from them is tested, not assumed to work.

Access

Sign-in is by email and password. A free trial is verified by email before it starts.

All traffic to Consolly runs over HTTPS.

Photos and documents are private, and are served through the app — not by a public link anybody with the address could open.

Our support team never signs in to a customer's account. If we need to see something to help you, we ask first.

Hosted on professionally managed cloud infrastructure with secure tenant separation and regular backups.

Getting your data out

You can export your data yourself from within the app at any time — PDFs and an Excel file built for your agency's own format. If you need everything, ask and we will give you a full export.
